Your Account
- Display Name — Your visible name across the platform
- Avatar URL — Paste a direct image link. If left empty, your Gravatar is shown automatically (based on your email)
- Bio — Short description shown on your public profile
- In-Game Name (IGN) — Your Minecraft username
- Minecraft Version — e.g. Java 1.21.4 or Bedrock
- Discord Username — For coordination with event organizers

Your profile picture is automatically pulled from Gravatar using your email address. To set a custom avatar, either upload a photo at gravatar.com (linked to your email) or paste any image URL in the Avatar URL field on your Edit Profile page.
Tiers
Your tier is automatically calculated from your total loyalty points. Higher tiers show on your profile and sidebar, reflecting your standing in the community.
Your tier and loyalty progress bar are always visible at the bottom of the left sidebar when logged in. New accounts start at 100 points (Bronze).
Loyalty Points
Loyalty points are earned and lost through your activity on the platform. They determine your tier and reflect your reputation.
| Action | Points |
|---|---|
| Join and attend an event | +15 |
| Register but don't attend (no-show) | −20 |
| Receive a 5★ rating from another user | +3 |
| Receive a 1★ rating from another user | −2 |
| Receive judge score ≥ 8/10 | +5 |
| Receive judge score ≤ 3/10 | −3 |
| VIP status granted (one-time bonus) | +50 |
Ratings only affect loyalty points once per rater. If someone changes their rating, only the difference is applied — not the full amount again.
Joining Events
- Go to Events from the sidebar
- Browse upcoming events — filter by edition (Java/Bedrock), server, or type
- Open an event and click Register
- You are now registered. Show up on event day and play!
- The server owner marks your attendance after the event → you earn +15 loyalty points
Cannot unregister within 24 hours of the event start time. Plan accordingly — a no-show costs you −20 points.
Build Battle is a special event type where participants build creations based on a theme. Judges rate each build after the event. Results and scores are shown on the event page. The same loyalty rules apply for attendance.
Judge System
Judges are trusted users who score participants in an event. They are invited per-event by the server owner — there is no permanent "judge role".
- Server owner opens their event management page and clicks Invite Judge
- They type the username of the person they want to invite
- The invitee receives a notification with Accept / Decline options
- If accepted, the judge appears on the event page
- After the event, the judge can score each participant 1–10 with an optional comment
- High scores (≥ 8) give the participant +5 pts; low scores (≤ 3) cost −3 pts
Admins can also add judges directly from the Admin Dashboard without needing the invite flow.
Servers
The Servers page lists all approved Minecraft servers on the platform, sorted by their average community rating. Servers with active live events are highlighted.
- Top 3 servers get a trophy icon ( Gold, Silver, Bronze)
- Each server card shows its edition, event count, and rating
- A ● Live pulse badge appears when there is an ongoing event
- Click a server to see full details, all events, and the rating widget
- First, get the Server Owner role via a ticket request
- Go to Manage → My Servers in the sidebar
- Click Add Server and fill in the details
- An admin reviews and approves the server — then it appears publicly
Ratings
Any logged-in user can rate any other user or server with 1–5 stars. Ratings are public and affect the rated user's loyalty points and their profile score.
- You cannot rate yourself
- Each user/server can only receive one rating per rater — you can update your rating but it won't multiply points
- 5★ gives +3 pts to the target, 1★ costs them −2 pts
- 3★ and 4★ ratings do not change loyalty points — they only affect the average score
- If you change your rating, only the difference in points is applied
Community Forum
The Community page is an open forum where any logged-in user can post updates, ask questions, or share content. Posts support comments, nested replies, and heart reactions.
- Post — Write a post with an optional title. All members can see and interact with it
- Comment — Reply to any post. Comments appear in threaded order
- Reply — Reply directly to a comment (one level of nesting)
- React — Like a comment with a heart reaction
- Delete — You can delete your own posts and comments
- Pinned posts () are placed at the top by admins — used for announcements
- Locked posts () no longer accept new comments. The post is still visible
Messaging
The platform uses a Message Request system to prevent spam. You must send a request and the other person must accept before a conversation can begin.
- Search for a user using the topbar search or visit their profile
- Click Send Message Request on their profile
- They will receive a notification and see your request in Messages
- Once they click Accept, both of you can send messages freely
- Pending requests appear at the top of your Messages page with Accept / Decline buttons
- Unread message count shows as a badge next to the Messages link in the sidebar
- Messages are marked as read automatically when you open the conversation
If you decline a request, the sender cannot send another request. Contact an admin if you declined by mistake.

- After the event, mark attendance for each participant to award them loyalty points
- Open the event manage page
